Veggies, Fruits, And Nuts

The best food to eat to fight off acne is and always will be vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. You should have a salad with each meal. Try eating fruits for a healthy snack. It also should be noted that eating allot of these raw or partially cooked is the ideal way to eat them. Foods that are heavily cooked have lots of the good taken out of them.

To help speed up the process even more try detoxing your body. This will help remove many of the toxins that are inside you even faster.

When I was growing up I suffered from acne, and exercise really helped it clear up. I was always afraid to work out because I thought that sweat would bring out for pimples. Complete opposite. Exercise and work out as often as possible, and then notice a change in your skin from acne disappearing!
