How can you be sure that you are getting all of the great benefits of the color green? One method of color therapy is quite simple: Make sure you eat green foods. Eat any of the green vegatables and fruits such as plantains, spinach, gourds, peas, lettuce, green mango, pears, beans and gooseberry.
